An alert was issued on Monday morning by the Harford County Sheriff's Office as they seeks the public's assistance in locating a 7-year-old who may have been abducted outside an elementary school.
Khalil Rodney Ringgold is missing after last being seen at the Churchville Elementary School entering a vehicle with an unknown man who was in a gray four-door Nissan Altima with an Ohio license plate JFK3146.
No additional information was provided.
Anyone with information regarding Ringgold or his whereabouts has been asked to contact the sheriff's office by calling (410) 612-1717.
